The mission of the Bayfield Civic League is to support and improve community and civic life through local beautification, cooperation with local government and other civic groups on selected community projects and excellent management of Bayfield Memorial Park and common areas the league owns.

Stewardship of Memorial Park & Gazebo
We own and care for Bayfield’s beloved Memorial Park and historic gazebo—an iconic gathering place along the shores of Lake Superior. From seasonal upkeep to thoughtful improvements, we ensure this shared space remains vibrant, welcoming, and accessible for all.
Community Events & Traditions
We bring people together through meaningful, joy-filled events that celebrate the seasons and strengthen community connection. From the annual Christmas Tree Lighting to summer gatherings in the park, our programming reflects the heart of Bayfield.
Scholarships & Future Investment
